The Requirement
First In Line Entertainment required an end-to-end ticketing platform that could support more than online checkout. Event organisers needed tools for publishing events, selling tickets through the website, agents and physical outlets, monitoring sales, handling billing in JMD and USD and validating purchases securely at event entrances.
Solution Delivered
Auspian developed a connected web and mobile solution covering the customer purchase journey, organiser operations and on-site ticket verification. The web application supports event and organiser management, multi-channel ticket sales, payment processing and reporting. A dedicated Android application enables authorised event staff to scan tickets and verify entry, while the administrative dashboard brings events, agents, outlets, users, sales and reporting into one operational view.
